Well, I've been itching to make a case from my old erector set, but the expansion slot spacing does not match those of the little steel rails. So...anyone know of a cheap case that is designed such that the metal sheet the motherboard sits on is the same piece the expansion cards are screwed to? With that one thing handled, I could easily manage the rest of it.

A case with a slide out motherboard tray is what you need. According to this link the Enlight 7237 has it and it can be found for fairly cheap. Onvia sells one without the power supply for $30.64 shipped but they are out of stock right now. Onvia

After reading a couple reviews of the 7237, I think it has a removable motherboard tray which won't work. Can someone here with a 7237 verify if it's a slideout tray or just removable?
