Cheap Case/PSU Suggestions for P3

I'm putting together my old stuff for a friend (P3-850, ATI Rage Fury Pro). I'd also like to include a full height 5-1/4" drive in the mix, along with a 3-1/2" HD, floppy, and single optical drive (I'd like him to have room for more, but he doesn't have much money and you're talking serious price hike). I was also thinking of installing an old (Fast Wide) Mylex SCSI card for him, which is a full size PCI card. I'm thinking 250-300W. Like I said, I'm looking for cheap but decent, probably a Mid-Tower. Any thoughts before I order?
