Does anybody know where I can get cheap decent looking carpet? I am looking to recarpet a small room with ugly burnt orange 70s carpet x-p
 
You are in God's country and must have hundred's of carpet businesses in your area.

Let your fingers do the walking and good luck.
 
Go to the flooring stores. Try to go to a wholesaler or a warehouse.
The cheapest carpet you will get is most likely office grade carpeting. It's thin and rough.
