Cheap Card for TV-IN

I just moved into a new place and dont have a TV in my room, although I would like to watch television. Can anyone recommend a cheap video card that will let me watch cable on my monitor and allow me record my favorite shows to my hard drive? Im not really looking to replace my existing card, so an add-on card would be preferable. TIA

wow, what's with all these lately? im looking at the ati tv-wonder VE. i think the regular tv wonder does stereo sound (about 70$) and the ve is just mono (50$). anyways, ill ask this again. does anyone think the tv-wonder VE would work ok on an old p133?
