Cheap camcorder for under $200?

been rummaging through slickdeals and fatwallet, but they only seem to be listing $500+ camcorders.

hd camcorders seem to have been around for a few years already, so I figure there must be some good cheap camcorders that were at the top a year or two ago that are now fairly cheap... any recs?

Camera prices really don't drop that quickly unless they are the low end junk that nobody wants...

The only HD camcorder you're going to get right now for under $200 is something like a Flip/Vado/ZI6/etc.

$500-600 is about right for the top of the line consumer camcorders from last year. I'm sure there are some middle/low end models that are cheaper, but I'm not familiar with them at all.
