I have a budget for about 300-350 $ Without Monitor. I will use this computer for daily tasks like internet surfing music chatting gaming (I play the latest titles but I am not an eye candy fanatic). I don't mind overclocking.

I thought I should go for
Processor-Intel E2180
Motherboard- Please suggest something within the budget and which can overclock this processor to 3GHZ
Memory 2GB is bare minimum I guess.
Graphics Card I have my eyes on Sapphire 2600XT GDDR4 256MB.
Hardisk- Biggest Possible in the budget.
Cabinet and PSU Something good enough to hold my computer stable.
Optical Drive DVD Writer.

I am buying everything from the US

Go Dell.

A computer with the parts you want cannot be built(to a level of quality) to compare to what you can get from them

Welcome to the forums, trans.

You will not be able to get all those parts under $350. Maybe barely around $400 if cutting corners (like E2140 CPU, 1GB RAM, not so good PSU).

CPU E2140 $70
mobo Abit IP35-E $70 AR
RAM 1GB DDR2-800 $35
video 2600XT $110
HDD 160GB $40 (Frys.com)
optical drive $28
$353

That's before a case and power supply. To get a combo with a somewhat reasonable power supply would run probably at least $70. That's not for a good power supply, but merely for one that won't blow up under the strain of overclocking.

At $500, you can get what's listed above, but with double the RAM (2GB instead of 1GB), a case and a decent power supply. Note that some of what I post have rebates involved (noted "AR" for After Rebate) and the price may or may not be the same depending on when you buy. Also, along with shipping there may be tax on top of the pricing.

Also note that these are just suggestions based on what seems to be a good deal right now. Don't take it as gospel.

CPU E2140 $72 here
mobo Abit IP35-E $70 AR here
RAM 2GB DDR2-800 $57 AR here
video 2600XT $100 here
HDD 160GB $40 here
optical drive $27 here
aluminum case with side window $35 AR here
430W power supply of exceptional quality for the price of $40 AR here

GRAND TOTAL $441
ADD sales tax if applicable
ADD shipping costs

Instead of the Radeon HD 2600XT, you may be interested in these following cards:
Radeon x1950 Pro $125
Geforce 7900GS $120
Though these are older DirectX9 parts, they have very good raw performance.
