Discussion Cheap but good motherboards for Intel LGA 1700 socket!

For now, cheap but good LGA 1700 motherboard is obviously mission impossible.

Asrock H610M-HDV / M.2, it is absurd if 85$ will be retail price for this Asrock DDR4 model.

- not even a small VRM heatsink

- only 4 rear USB ports

A lot of customers will ask for this, i5 12400 or i5 12400F+cheep but good motherbord.Spend as little as possible on the motherboard, and transfer the remaining dollars or euros to expensive graphics cards.

I have a big headache, if we compare Asrock H610 model with the "cheap MSI AM4 model MSI B450M Pro-VDH Max" . On EU retail market MSI model have price around 50euro.MSI model is best seling motherboard(30 000+units sold) on German retailer Mindfactory, or best seling AM4 motherboard on Mindfactory.MSI model have Bios suport for Ryzen 5000 series, or suports all Ryzen CPU-s and APU-s.

Must be 'lucky' here in Australia. The cheapest non Z model for socket 1700 is currently listed for Au$209 & at least its a B660 chipset, that's the current situation from couple of popular online retailers here.
