cheap but fun gift ideas?

A couple of my bills this month turned out significantly higher than I expected, and my bonus was significantly lower than I was expecting, so now I'm left with roughly a dozen people to shop for, and very little money to do it with ($100 would be nice, $200 max if I want tp eat ramen noodle and kool aid till I get paid again).

So, what cheap gifts have you done in the past that turned out to be well received?

Looks like your spending range is $10-20 per gift thats not too bad

for girls perfume, slippers, or buy some cheap picture frames then put personal pictures inside, then throw it in a $1 gift bag with some chocolate and a card (to a woman the card is sometimes worth more than the gift)

for guys flasks (check the camping section at the dept./sports store), bottles of liquor, cigars, beers of the world sets, subscriptions to Maxim, FHM, Playboy etc...
