Cheap, bottom of the barrel dual DVI PCI-Express Card

I need a dual DVI PCI-E card for a user who just wants to run dual monitors. I'd prefer to run dual DVI just because I'm picky like that, but its looking like I'm stuck. I can't purchase from NewEgg since this is for a university, looks like I'm limited to B&M stores and places like CDWG.

I looked through CDWG's catalog and getting into the $100+ range I haven't found any dual DVI.

Any models other than this 7300GT have dual DVI in that price range?

I believe there are versions of the 6200? that have that, for like $30-$40

Edit, there is a PCI (regular PCI not PCI-e) 6200 for like $30-40 that has DVI, so people have used one of those in addition to another card with DVI output for dual monitors I believe. I think that is what my memory was telling me.
