Cheap ATX PSU for ITX build

I'm looking for a non-oversized PSU for an ITX build, to run an i3 + HD7850, SSD and 2.5" HDD. I doubt it would exceed 175w in torture testing and probably not 125w in typical usage. Higher efficiency is a plus. Cheap is good.

I have an old 380w Antec Earthwatts in another ITX build and although it's massive overkill, it was only $30 and met my criteria. Is there anything better in that price range now?

The $20 (AR) Corsair CX430 is showing up now and then... indeed, serious overkill, but a decent PSU at a very good price.
