Cheap Atom (or AMD equivalent) board for file server

Needs to have at least 3 SATA ports and support 8GB RAM. What are my cheapest options? Looking for Atom-based or Jaguar-based but so far haven't seen any with 3+ SATA ports.

Most low power AMD/Intel only have 2 SATA ports unless there is another controller chip.

This is a AM1 board with 4 SATA ports...

That plus a cheap AM1 CPU should work and be less than $80 or $100 depending on the CPU.

If near a microcenter they have the A6 Dual core bundles (AM2+) for less than $100.

Than what? If you mean the one you posted then slower by Mhz yes, but actually faster in real performance.

The Celeron 1037U has a passmark of 1776 and the AMD A4-5000 has a passmark of 1900. Let alone the AMD chip also is a lower power model, supports AVX, F16C, and several other items over the intel chip.

I'll probably get the second AMD board posted since I have extra DIMMs I can throw in there instead of having to buy an SO-DIMM.
