So, I need 20 mt of ethernet cable.
The cable have to connect a Gbit router and a PC and I would like to keep that speed: so, do I need a better cable or the cheapest cat5 will be ok? :|

Very high quality cable is only slightly more expensive than the cheap garbage. There really is no reason at all to use the cheap junk. Get the cable length you need in CAT6 (or 6a) from www.monoprice.com and save yourself the headache of using a bad cable.

+1 for Fardringle's post. If you're wanting clean Gigabit, get some Cat6a in the length you need.

If the cable is certified at some Category level, then it meets all of the requirements.

Generally speaking, more expensive cable exceeds the spec in many/most/all parameters, which buys you a little "fudge room" i.e., permits more minor infractions of the installation standards with less impact on performance.
