Cheap Android wifi device for video skype use?

Hi all --

Would you have any suggestions for a cheap Android device that can do video skype? I am totally unfamiliar with the Android world. This would be handy for family members to chat, and helping them diagnose computer issues from afar (if you've ever tried to solve problems by voice only you know what I mean).

I know the Facetime capable iPod Touch is ~$150 (refurb). That's what I'm comparing against. Is there anything even cheaper, simpler, if only barebones video is the primary needed function, that I could adapt from an Android phone? used?

any used android with a front facing camera should work. look into a motorola atrix, i know you can get used ones for around $100

Does it have to be a phone? You said WiFi device in the thread title, that mean you don't want/need a carrier data package with it?

Nope, it doesn't even have to be a phone -- just looking for a cheap video Skype device. If it is a phone, that's fine, but doesn't have to be!
