Cheap and decent source for quality UPS's

I found out my current UPS is almost at the point of being overloaded so I need to buy another. What is a decent brand and what is the best place to buy one at, off or on line? I know APC is a decent brand but they seem to be 20% more in price compared to other brands. Ideal budget would be $150 or less shipped.
