Cheap 10G Tester?

We have a need to possibly test & prove 10G performance end to end through multiple L2, or L3 hops.

I found Fluke's OptiView® XG Network Analysis Tablet, but it costs $30,000, or more.
We could just run iPerf on laptops, but can only test 1G connections.

Can someone recommend such a tester that's reasonably priced?
The unit needs to be portable, so that we can easily move it around.

TIA

I think you are screwed there. We paid through the nose for 1G gear in the day.

You could probably rent one somewhere. Or contract out to someone to run the test for you.

You need to use or rent a proper tester. iPerf and the like doesn't really tell you anything other than "it worked enough to send data." It won't tell you error frames and line statistics. The line might be marginal at best and work a for a couple of months and then fail etc.
