My god I've had to go through password reset 5 times because I've either a. forgotten my password or b. forgot my username (had to change when wamu -> chase)

I have 2 technically. 1 for personal and 1 for business.
That being said I haven't forgotten either of those, so I havent had the need for 5.

on top of that, I usually use pass phrases that are modified systematically with symbols and numbers. the problem of course is when I run into a damn website that has some stupid 8 or 10 character restriction and/or no symbols/spaces.
