Charter Pipeline lag?

anyone have charter pipeline? Do you get lag spikes? I am getting lag spikes in cs and bf2 also vent.
 
Used to have charter back when I was in college a year ago, and it SUCKED! I mean I hated them SOOO bad. Can't comment on lag in games because I couldn't afford to play online games then, but if their service in general is any indication, then yes it is them.
 
ya, they do sux but its all I have in my area. I hear they are offering 5megabits by the end of this year maybe they can keep up with the other cable companys!
 
I have Charter in North Carolina. Latency has really been a problem after 6 pm for a couple of weeks ago. According to some of the guys in the BroadBand Reports forums , a Level 3 router is to blame.
