Charter HD & analog channels question.

Hi:

I want to watch some channels (CNN, CNBC) over the internet using Orb.com once in a while from my sister's house (22+ miles away), who has Charter basic & basic expanded HD channels.

My question is, does Charter still send analog (NTSC) signal to customers who has HD channels?

I don't need HD viewing, all I need is analog channels for CNN, CNBC, since I have a EVGA inDtube USB ATSC/NTSC (no QAM) TV tuner. I would like to put a low power HTPC at my sister's house so I can watch those channels (probably just in a 240 x 180 window).

Idea?

I guess I found the answer myself.

She has a 4250HDC set-top box, which has coaxial SDTV analog output that I think I can use.
