Charging before shipping? (nowonsale.com)

My order has been sitting in there warehouse for the past week waiting to be shipped out, but they already charged my CC :disgust:

Anyone have good/bad experiences with them? From what I've looked up, they've had good reviews.

I do believe that's illegal.

I sure as heck wouldn't stand for it, or do business with a company that does that.

Look on the bright side, you paid for it via CC. So you can have the charges reversed if they never send you the item.

There is a HUGE difference. A difference that a significant portion of the population seems completely oblivious to.

If it was a hold, it wouldn't show a charge, it'd just show a different $ amount under the "Available Balance" compared to Balance.

Is this illegal? doesn't seem that important to me, except for the fact that it's been a week since I ordered it from them.

Would you ship a product before charging someone's card?? What happens when they ship the product....and then the CC is refused??
