Chargers trade Rivers to 49ers for 1st overall pick

Now chargers have 3 1st round pick. Still that's a lot of money against their cap, considering they're responsible for Rivers' bonus.

Great deal for 49ers, they get a QB rated better than both in this year's draft and they get him for a minimal hit against their cap.

the is no way that would happen for 2 reasons...

a. rivers signing bonus would be accelerated so the chargers would take a huge cap hit
b. there is nobody of rivers value in any position in the top of the draft.

however, i think that was one of the better pranks i have seen today.
