This year the Raiders will take their rightful place in the Superbowl.

I don't know about all that, but Swami glenn says the Raiders will be 5-0 next week after they stomp the Rams flat. I wouldn't be surprised to see them go 8-0, until that is they play the Niners, Broncos, and Patriots back-to-back beginning in week 9.

The only thing that worries me about the Rams is that one of these Sundays they're going to wake up. I just hope it's not when the Raiders visit them next week. :)

They play the Niners at home so that's a small advantage, not much though, and that'll be a close, high-scoring game. And they play the Pats at home too and I think they'll want revenge for last year so that should be a stomp. The other games I'm looking forward to is when they go to Denver on Monday night in week 10 and when they play Miami in week 15.

We (Broncos) had a bad outing last week against the Ravens.

I couldn't believe that...we just did everything wrong.
But we're not having a repeat of that.

Chargers own nothing :p

DENVER (AP) -- The Denver Broncos were determined not to let the league's leading rusher beat them. LaDainian Tomlinson didn't, and Drew Brees couldn't make up for it.
Brian Griese threw for 309 yards and two touchdowns, and Denver held Tomlinson to 48 yards as the Broncos beat the San Diego Chargers 26-9 on Sunday.

San Diego (4-1) crossed midfield just four times, with one drive ending on an interception by O'Neal in the end zone and another on a 24-yard field goal by Steve Christie. O'Neal, who was ejected for bumping an official last week
against Baltimore, also returned an interception 28 yards for a touchdown midway through the fourth quarter that put Denver up 26-3. Tomlinson, who tied a team record with 217 yards last week, had just 38 yards on 13 carries in the first half, and San Diego almost completely abandoned the pass in the second. The Chargers opened the second half with 16 straight passes
before Tomlinson gained 10 yards on a run four minutes into the fourth quarter. San Diego attempted 33 passes and ran the ball just
once in the half. San Diego also had a hard time slowing Denver's offense without leading tackler Junior Seau, who sat out with a sprained ankle.

Ummm and who are unstoppable??? FOOL you should know by now the Broncos are at home.

BOBBY RIBS,
Seems you are conspcuously absent in this thread tonight. I think your chargers just met their match. Your pride in your team is admirable, as is ours in our teams. But you need a good dose of reality, and some salt on that foot your eating now, huh?
;)

Broncos will take the division and be in the playoffs if not hampered by injuries to key players, I will not say now they will be in the superbowl, let alone win the superbowl, but you have to admit, they are playing superbowl level lately. (I will never understand the ravens win, thats just a fluke and lack of focus on Denvers part, not to be repeated this year or years to come!)

BOOO BOO!!!! It was a sham! Officials must have been paid off, there's no way the Chargers could have lost. We would have beat them if it were not for the sham officials!!! BOO!!! *HISS HISS*

j/k. I am eating my own words. Chargers sucked really bad. Hands off to Broncos. *hangs head in shame* :|
