i've noticed there are just some people who are extremely chaotic... like everything about their lives. or melodramatic, maybe that's a better word. but it seems like every time you talk to them, they just have the most bizarre problems, and while it seems like everything that is happening to them is a result of unfortunate circumstance... you have to wonder if there is something about that person that attracts the problems.

just thinking about an ex-gf... do you guys know what i'm talking about here? i was reminded by a call on loveline :D

Yep. I think my current girlfriend is like that. Through no fault of her own, everything seems to go crazy on her (including her wild and crazy boyfriend :)) though it seems like she goes out seeing for trouble sometimes...

Every action eventually leads to some reward or consequence. It's quite complex, but much of it revolves around the way people process their thoughts and their response to them. I can only quote from some experiences I have had in life, that lead me to believe that negative thinking breeds negative results. Some of the things that happen become overbearing for some people, but yet they continue having that kind of "luck", as if it's a vicous cycle. It is. The thinking has to change. This is common among people who get severely depressed and suddenly the everything around them appears all messed up. The behaviour is consistent with their states of mind. Sure, unfortunate things happen sometimes, and for no good cause. People who seem to be snake bit, probably have some deep unrevealed reason why.

Alot of things go on in our self talk and the way we talk to ourselves causes us to get the appropriate result, negative or positive. Ever known someone who always ended up with a loser, abuser, alcoholic, etc, as a significant other? It's like they're addicted to those kinds of people.
