channel well technogy psu?

i can get a 500 watt channel well tch psu for pretty cheap. the seller states "internal Parts are manufactured by CWT (Channel Well Technology)" is it good?
 
ChannelWell manufactures PSUs for several other PSU brands. I believe Antec is one of them. Their own PSUs are decent. I had a 250W back in the day and it worked fine till it was overloaded.
 
If the UL/RU file number on the psu can be traced back to CWT, then it's probably safe to buy.
