Chaning Yahoo Email Domain?

I applied for an account at www.yahoo.com
but I wanted to be "yahoo.com" or "yahoo.com.tw"
but it ended up giving me "yahoo.ca"
can I change it to the one I wanted?

jackc00tw@yahoo.ca

but isn't it wierd to have TW and .CA?

what I wanted is

jackc00tw.yahoo.com.tw or jackc00tw@yahoo.com
