Changing Windows XP's look

I don't know whether this is the right forum but here it is anyways...

I would like to know how it is possible to have "sub-menus on the Taskbar" like seen on the L computers here. This image is what it looks like.

I have searched Google for hours but it was no help. Any ideas?

Thanks

Pretty easy to do this actually, so long as you don't mind a text label instead of a rpetty icon on the taskbar itself. To try it out, just make folder on your desktop (or anywhere else on your system) and dd some files to it. I just put a half dozen text documents in. Then right click on your task bar, go to 'Toolbars' then 'New Toolbar'. From here, pick the folder you created, and click OK. Bada bing.
