Changing windows XP start button color

I've found how to change the text, and the icon, but I can't find out how to change the background color, the green doesnt' match and I'd like it black, can anyone tell me how? Thanks.

HERE are instructions.
Youll need StylesXP as stated above.

Personally, i felt it was too much work to do it myself, so I just installed Style XP & got themes from THEMES XP.

I do have stylebuilder installed, maybe someday Ill have the time to do my own themes.

I actually contacted someone who made a theme on the Themes Xp site & asked him to make me some custom themes.
He agreed & I now have some very nice custom themes(styles) to match my favorite wallpaper.
