Changing Win2K startup screen.

Is it possible to change (or shut off) the Startup screen in Win2K? I know how to do it in 98 but can't find anything on 2K. It has to be the most grotesque screen that Microsoft could of made. looks as if they spent all of 1 minute designing it.
