Changing Vista language From French to English

My wife's sister has a foreign exchange student from Belgium who has her B.F.'s laptop which is a Vista laptop with a French language setting.

The student apparently tried to change the language to what she thought was English or that is what the label says it is.

However nothing is changing to english.


My question is, does she have to install some sort of Vista language pack to get it to actually to convert the menu's and text to english?


This all started because the network properties are borked and she can't get on wireless and I was asked to 'take a look'

Well I can't read any of the damn menu's 🙂


Any help or recommendations is appreciated.
