The time has come for me to retire my ten year old Nanao CRT with a new Samsung 19" LCD and a video card with DVI.
To made the switch as trouble free as possible I plan on adding the new drivers for the Diamond card, then switch cards and check the operation using the old VGA connection to the old CRT. If everthing works then change monitors and continute with a VGA connection. If things still work then change over to DVI.
Any comments or other ideas, as I would be greatful for them.
