Changing timings and voltage - possible BSOD solution?

Hi everyone. I posted a thread about BSODs in Windows 7 (MEMORY_MANAGEMENT in particular)... Have done a ton of reformats attempting to fix this to no avail.

I was reading a lot of people solving BSOD in Windows 7 (64-bit) by fixing their RAM timings. I've heard you can do this in bios under Freqency & Voltage/DRAM config/Timings.

I want to make sure I don't mess anything up. Here is what EasyTune looks like along with the product description for my particular RAM stick (OCZ Gold 4GB PC10666 DDR3)

Should I change one of those two settings in EasyTune 6 or should this be done in bios settings instead?

Thanks in advance. I don't want to ruin these memory sticks as this is my first time building a PC and i'm pretty lost when it comes to RAM timings :\

Also, I will be testing the memory pretty soon because it's possible that it is faulty. I have ran Windows Memory Diagnostic and it says there are no detected hardware problems/RAM issues.

Edit here is what the bios screen looks like:

If I had to take a guess I'd say I should probably be changing it to Manual instead of Auto and then change 30T to 20T?

Also, didn't see an option to change voltage in bios... only in EasyTune.

I just looked up more information about my motherboard. It says it has two RAM sockets for 1.5V DDR3 DIMM yet the RAM I have is 1.65V - does this mean I'm going to have to purchase different RAM?
