Changing the voltage on XP Processors

I understand that unlocking the XP processor takes a bit more than the average pencil to make happen. Does this go for the voltage bridges too? I only ask because I thought I read that you could use a pencil to modify it.
 
not on this board. But if you know something that I don't about this board, please let me know. BTW, its an ECS k75sa.
