Changing the voltage on a Asus v7700 video card

How do i change the core voltage?
I can't seem to push the core speed passed 220 mhz.
In the anandtech review, they were able to push it 235 and the
memory speed to 405. I can't push the memory passed 364.
Anyone help?

changing the core voltage refers to the voltage supplied to the cpu &amp; doesn't have any effect on AGP slot voltage which is fixed!
