Changing the Locked computer background or wallpaper in windows xp?

Try turning off "Use Welcome Screen" and "Use Fast User Switching" in Control Panel -> User Accounts -> Change the Way Users Log On or Off

You only need to disable "Fast User Switching."

This applies for Windows XP.

yea it was annoying to see it use the wallpaper for a second before flipping to the welcome screen all the time. now it stays
