Changing the "From" address in MS Exchange?

They use Exchange Server at work. I show up in the Address book with my full name (Last, First Middle). I go by my middle name and think it is ridiculous to have a policy that states you must have your *first* name included.

My first name isn't anything I'm embarrassed of, but it *does* confuse people when they're trying to find me.

There isn't a way for me to change this w/out admininstrative privileges on the server, right?
