Changing the drive letter assigned to an hdd in xp

Right click on MY COMPUTER and select manage. Go to the DISK MANAGEMENT section, right click on the current drive letter in the lower right of the screen and select "change drive letter". As long as that letter is not currently assigned, you can make it whatever you want.
