Changing the contents within a HTML template

I'm looking for a program that can edit the contents within a HTML template.

For example, say a template prints out the following:

Apples:
Oranges:
Bananas:

I want to edit the quantities of each without sifting through all the HTML code. It would also be nice if the template itself could be edited if need be, but not necessary.

Anyone know of anything offhand?

Dreamweaver

Someone else is gonig to recommend PHP and MySQL pretty soon, which is way overkill for what you want, and has a much steeper learning curve.

Yea MS Frontpage can do templates as well, but I would recommend dreamweaver.

I'd have to agree with Dreamweaver, but.... if you're not going to be "into" it much let's say, it's a bit spendy for the casual update here and there. So try NVU over here ... http://nvu.com/ it's the standalone Composer product. And it's free.
