I was changing tags and dates of files around on my Windows PC with programs like BulkFileChanger and Attribute Changer 9, but when I tried to do it for the files on my Android phone it wouldn't allow me to. BulkFileChanger gives me an "Access is denied" window, and Attribute Changer shows no options when I right-click. Is there a reason for this and can I circumvent it?
