I know for sprint you can get into the phone settings and change where you.connect to so you don't have to go through Sprint where they sloe down your speeds so that everyone has the same speeds

Forgot what its called and if it can be done for Verizon.

I've never heard of this. Roaming? But that won't increase your speeds necessarily, just expand where you get coverage because you're roaming on other networks.

Sounds like something you'd need with Sprint. With Verizon LTE, there is no need for such shenanigans.

Sprint has 4G??????????????????????. Next OP, you will be telling us fairy tale stories about Jack and the bean stalk, and Alaba Baba and the 40 thieves. Complete with the magic password of open Seseme.

Maybe a little harch on my part OP, because once opon a time, Sprint bet the farm on their now dead dead dead 4G technology called Clearwire and lost that bet. Which was unworkable fiction circa 2009, and is now everybit as alive as a 4000 year old Egyptian Mummy.

And it back to the drawing board for both Sprint and At&T, as it looks like the future 4G technology will be Verizon type LTE based.
