Changing resolution with a hotkey

Is this possible?

I use my laptop to watch movies/shows on my TV. The laptops native resolution is 1280x800, so when I switch it off to my TV it bumps it down to 1024x768. That's fine, but when I switch the display back to my laptop it's still 1024x768, meaning I have to go dig in display properties to bump it back. Is there any program that will allow me hotkey 1280x800 so i dont have to dig every time. Or better yet, is there a way in ATI's software to make it automatically switch back to 1280x800?

Thanks in advance.

My laptop native is 1400 x 1050 with ATI 1400 Mobility. To change res, all I need to do is right click on the deskptop and bring up the ATI CC, and then select the res I want.

But, often, DVD players extablish their own independent resolution.

As for a hot key, that depends on your brand of notebook. My Thinkpad uses Fn+F7 for that purpose.

Thanks for the reply. I suppose I'm just being lazy, but it's right-clicking the desktop that I'm trying to avoid. My laptop is a Inspiron E1505. I'll google around and see if there is a hotkey that switches it to native resolution. Thanks again.
