How can i change my C: and D: partitions back to FAT32 with Win XP Pro or SuSE 8.2?

I cannot fully repartition the drive, because i don't want to lose the data on the other drives, BUT the data on C: and D: can be deleted, so "we" don't have to bother about that. I just want to reformat those drives with FAT32 and then do a reinstall.

P.S. A native speaker would have said that in an easier-to-understand way, i guess

You need to use something like Partition Magic, but you still need backups because I've seen PQMagic fail and lose data.
