Changing partition size without partition magic?

When I got my comp it was already partitioned into 3 parts. (C:2.78gig,D:8.08 gig,E:8.18 gig). When I got to do a clean install with WinXP pro by booting from cd rom,Is there a way to change the size of these partitions? Ive never messed with partitions at all so I dont know what to do or expect.

Im reformating so I can change over to NTFS from FAT32.I would like more space on my C: drive also. Also will I have to change all partitions to NTFS seperatley?

i do believe that if you boot off the winxp cd, you can partition and format in ntfs to any size you wish.

after XP is installed, you can use "disk administrator" to create / format any remaining HDD space.

Yes, you can delete the partitions and create them the size you want. All data on the partitions is wiped out though.
