I already have my XBOX moded and such. I currently have a 80gig HD in there and would like to swap out with a larger HD again... but I want to save all my XBOX LIVE, saved games etc...

Do I just FTP in, back up all the current C, E etc drives to my PC.
Put new HD in boot u poff a boot disk, then FTP in again and FTP back over everything to the new HD? (after its formatted and such)

What I normally do when Im modding someone xbox is this.

I will Flash it, which in your case this doesnt matter.....

Then I will put in my evox install disk with the retail HD (This would be your 80 gig HD)
Run XSaveMgr (Can be got from the Tools section of xbox-scene.)
Copy all the save games to my HD by the XSaveMgr.
Install new HD, and FTP those saves back in via XSaveMgr.

This should work for you, I would think, I have never messed with live saves so im not sure if this works for that, but I know it works for regular save games.

That sounds about right. I'd just find an EvoX installer though and do it the easy way :) All your Live saves will be in the E:\TDATA\(game folder) section. Usually a $c and a $u
