Changing out a bios chip, questions

So this guy asked me to change out his bios chip on his motherboard. I guess he did a bad flash. I installed it and I'm attempting to flash it to his newest BIOS for his motherboard but when I get to that point it tells me that it isn't the right motherboard that I'm going to flash. So how do I fix this?

He got the chip from eSupport.
