Changing Order of mp3 cd....

Hey guys, I'm trying to burn a mp3 disc with the music in the order that I want it. It keeps putting it in alphabetical order no matter what I try. I'm using Roxio CD Creator 6. I've tried putting a playlist file on there (.m3u) but it didn't work. I've looked around online and I can't find any clear solution, or even a program that would allow you to organize the songs in your own personal order. The only solution that is guaranteed to work is renaming all the files with a numbering system like 001, 002, 003, due to the way the OS reads the files from the discs. I'll be damned if I'm going to go through and rename all my music, only to have to change it again when I want a different order.

So, in short, does anyone know how to get a custom order in Roxio, or have another program that allows you to do this?

Thanks.

If that's the case, put a number at the beginning of each track name... If youre planning on putting less than 100 tracks on the CD, start with 01 as your 1st track...If you're going to have more then 100 tracks, start with 001..Thatll fix that.. Or as the previous poster mentioned, get Nero, since I honestly do not know anyone who uses Roxio anymore.

EDIT:
Forgot to mention the importance of having a leading ZERO when writing track numbers... The program will read the 1st single digit number in the file name and organize as such.

Example of a 12 track CD order without using the 'leading-zero' method:
1
10
11
12
2
3
4
5
6
7
8
9

You use the leading ZERO method, you'll prevent that problem:
01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 11, 12
