Changing my diet, need some recommendations

I'm trying to indroduce certain things into my diet and I need some recommendations.

1. Omega-3, I know Salmon has loads, but I don't particularly like mercury :( What other foods has high omega-3? Maybe some good suppliments?

2. Probiotics, I know yogurt is a good choice here, but the recommended daily dose is 6 million cultures! how do I find out how much my yogurt has? recommend alternatives.

3. Enzymes, I have no idea where to start here...I hear eating raw foods is a start. I do there there are 3 types of enzymes you should intake daily to help digestestion, but what are they?
