Changing motherboards for FSB overclocking, shooting for 266mhz 1:1 reccomendations?

I'm thinking IC7

I have an Asus P4P8X but theres a clock wall between 245 and 250fsb i cant seem to break.

CPU temps are only 40C at load.

Northbridge temps were 110f but after adding a fan they are 98f at load.

All voltages are dead on, raising the Vcore didnt help at all, only increased the temps.

Rig:
Asus P4P8X I865 mobo
Intel Pentium 4 2.6C SL6WS
2x512MB OCZ PC4200 gold
Antec 400w Truepower PSU (rails tweaked to be dead on)
Asus Geforce FX5600
Plextor 8x DVD+R
WD1200JB
Swiftech MCX4000 Heatsink with 10000rpm fan (yeah, 10000, spins closer to 11k on mbm)

I've had my P4P800 to 261, thats as high as my 3.0 would go tho, but then again, I've had 2 P4P800 boards that wouldn't do over 248fsb, I think its luck of the draw...
