Changing MOBO Config

I have a new system Asus AV7333, and want to install a copy of the HDD from my ECS K7S5A. What files should be deleted in order for the new system to recognize the drive. I know it is a gamble, but I dread the installing and copying all the files. All suggestions are accepted.
