I am changing from an old supermicro PII motherboard and dual PII 350s to a Epox mobo, P4 2.4 Northwood and was wondering if there is anything other than mobo, chip, heatsink/fan, and RAM that needs to be changed? Thanks...

depends on your number of devices, cooling requirements, etc. I think you'd be safe with a 350 watt enermax or antec. Just make sure its P4 Ready

if i were you...i would go with atleast a 400w Power supply.

Also a video card...a Geforce 4 TI 4200 (~$150) or Radeon 8500 (~$120). Make sure that the video card is 128 MB card for future games.
If you are not a gamer....Radeon 9000 Pro (for dvd playback - ~$90) or Radeon 7500 (~$55) or a Geforce 2 (~$50-60) should fit well in your budget. GF3 cards at ~80-90 and Radeon 8500LE for ~90 are also exxcellent cards.
