Changing Menu font in Office 2003...

I just noticed that changing the size of my system fonts in Windows XP had no effect on the menu options (File, Edit, View, etc) in any Office 2003 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) here on my work PC.

How do I go about changing the size of those fonts? I didn't see any options in the Office apps.

Registry hack?

I don't think you can change it. I'm 99.9% sure you can't. If you can, call me a liar.

Can I ask why you would even want to do this?

Well, it's too big. I use Verdana 7pt for almost all my Windows fonts, and so the 10 pt Arial or whatever MS Office uses is horribly mismatched and rubs against my Type A personality like 40-grit sandpaper.

It may do it. As to which font is best, I can't stand Veranda and certainly nothing
less than 10 point in most cases or 8 for Icons ... I personally despise very tiny type.
