Changing Memory Voltage from 1.8 to 2.2

Does anyone know how to change the memory voltage for a Dell Vostro 200?

I wasn't aware that you could do any sort of overclocking or overvolting on Dells , other than possibly the XPS line.

If you are referring to my set up (F2) on start up, I can, but I do not see any place to change the voltage.
